The diagonal leds aren't supported as of yet in fanaleds. The new and different RIMs don't perform any other than for instance a BMW or normal Formula RIM.

the [ ] feature for Fanatec hardware is quite specific that. There are currently no plans to make this supported on a broader hardware base.

Unfortunately this isn't something where Fanaleds is for. We can't just generate "new" inputs. We can only use the existing ones

True, but than none of the devices should work with Assetto Corsa, and that's also not the case. So something different is happening here I'm afraid.
