Are you still using v142 firmware to test ?
If so, it's already old, please test with v172, you can get update in official forum or in Fanatec wheel setting UI > update

The last one, "engine" is the one for throttle. Do you get revleds like it's supposed to work? It's possible that these two go hand in hand. Also make sure the checkbox is selected for the iRacing profile. Everythings are normal and functional, Revlight, brake rumble.......except gas peda...
