It would be quite fun to have fanaleds support ETS 2
Is it do-able?

We are already in contact with the developers, and they are considering telemetry output. So short answer, not possible now, but it chould change in the future ofcourse

Really? :p That is definitely not the impression i have from them.
They are quite a small team and developed such a nice game in their own time, keeping people aware of everything, they are still working on improving the game, etc
I'd like to be updated on their word about telemetry, so i have an idea of an ETA; if that is possible from you guys

You could give it a shot yourself, regarding Fanaleds.

They have not responded in a week to multiple messages.

What should i include on the message to them? Anything particular i should mention?

I think mentioning telemetry information and Fanaleds should be enough.

Dear sir,
I hereby adress you regarding the possibility of adding telemetry output, relatively to Euro Truck Simulator 2?
With telemetry output, such as speed, rpm, fuel, eta, such information could be used by the developers of Fanaleds, to display such information on Fanatec wheel's led screen!
Fanaleds' developers would appreciate such support, so would the users, as it would enrich the ingame experience.
I am not an official Fanaleds member, and i speak from Fanaleds behalf with permission of a Fanaleds developer (Bose321), keeping photographic proof of his permission, for the records.
