Do you have any API references for those arduino projects? As far as I know the OMSI plugins don't send that much information out, but I might be mistaken of course :)

OMSI 2?

Post by Unknown Gamer »

Sorry to bump this thread but I'm having a problem.

I'm running OMSI on Steam. When I start the game up, it detects the game as OMSI 1 and won't set the profile to OMSI 2. I tried renaming the .exe file to "Omsi2.exe" but this will cause an error when starting the game in Steam because it will say something along the lines of "Missing Executable"

Could you please fix this for steam users? I did a bit of researching and found on a youtube video, another person was having this problem.

Thanks! :)

That sounds difficult to fix. We use the executable name to detect the game. This way we don't know which game is running.

I can't promise anything right now. We'll have to work out how. But since we do not have much time on our hands, and do not own OMSI, this won't be our highest priority, unless it's an easy fix. Our goal is to fix it obviously.

Replace OMSI with OMSI 2 profile.

Post by Hephaistos »

Still no solution?
What's about delete OMSI from FanaLEDs? So it exist only the OMSI 2 profile at FanaLEDs.
Then the program detect omsi.exe for the OMSI 2 profile.
Well, almost nobody plays OMSI (1).

PS: Sorry for my bad english.

With a bit of luck OMSI 2 should be working in the next version of Fanaleds.
