Fanaleds didn't work with CSL ELite Base+?

I just got a brand new Fanatec CSL Elite Base+ and P1 wheel. I use it on PC (Windows 10). I installed fanaleds. I configured it for RBR and the 3-digit red LCD on the rim (wheel) worked fine for gear/speed.

However:

1) I ran fanaleds diagnostic and only the 3-digit red LCD on the rim and the single led on the rim work. None of the 9 rev lights turn on at all (the 3 yellow, 3 red, 3 blue on the wheelbase). Are they supposed to work?

2) I tried to set up for different car and different rpms and the rev lights never turn on (the 9 leds on the base)

What did I do wrong?
