CSW squeals with Fanaleds on-track in Iracing

Hi,
i have this config:
windows 7
CSW + f1 rim
iRacing
when i have Fanaleds activated, i join a session, then as soon as i enter the track the CSW starts squealing - like there is some belt slipping, or some sort of conflict.
without Fanaleds it doesnt produce the squeal.
