SpeedGear - no upshift

Hi Guys, First off, great program 
I would like to request the ability to not display the upshift (both gear and [ ]) in SpeedGears.
This is one of the best setups, however it would be excellent if you could disable the up shift (gear number) as well as the brackets, and just have it show the speed, and just show the gear when you actually change gear.
The reason for this is when doing anything like a high speed oval, or even going along a long straight, if the car is flat out in top gear, all you see is the up shift gear indicator, and not the speed, so you can not see how fast you re going.
