MSVCR100.dll error

Build 998 of RFactor2 causes the following error "MSVCR100.dll is missing". Removing Fanaleds plugin removes the error. Tried re-installing the Microsoft redistributable files but does not fix the problem.

Which version of redistributables did you test?
