Fanaleds don't work with GSC v1.5

Has anyone been able to make fanaleds work with Game Stock Car?
Same here!
It shows the same like in my post but it shows "game stock car"
but the rest is like the same I have with rfactor Historix, before I reinstalled my windows it was working very nice but no idea what is different it is the same windows 7 with mostly all updates like before..
