Is it possible to completely disable the rev light display and leave the LCD active? This will be important for those of us using other devices such as an SLI-Pro for rev lights. I would, however, like to have the ability to have the speed display on the LCD.

just uncheck the "RevLEDs enabled on RIM" tick-box..

That should indeed do the trick. After that just set the display to speed or speedgear and you should be ready to go.
